ADAB policy
This policy explains how ADAB collects and uses customer information for accounts, orders, support, and website operations.

We collect details you provide, including name, email, mobile number, shipping address, account credentials, order history, contact messages, and uploaded support attachments. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored as full card or UPI credentials by ADAB.
Information is used to create accounts, verify OTPs, process orders, deliver products, prevent abuse, provide customer support, send transactional emails, and improve store reliability.
We share only what is needed with service providers such as payment processors, shipping partners, email providers, cloud media storage, fraud prevention, hosting, and database providers. We do not sell customer personal information.
Account and order records are retained as required for fulfillment, accounting, legal compliance, support, and fraud prevention. We use password hashing, role checks, OTP verification, rate limiting, and secure session settings where applicable.
You may update account details from your account page or request assistance through contact support. Account deletion removes customer login access, while order records may remain for fulfillment, tax, accounting, and legal needs.
All product images, photographs, and visual content displayed on the ADAB website are the exclusive property of ADAB and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Screenshotting, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or using any product imagery from this website on other platforms — including but not limited to social media, resale listings, e-commerce platforms, or any third-party channel — for commercial, promotional, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ADAB.
