Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons only:
- Size issue
- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
To raise an exchange request, please contact us with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and a full unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue clearly visible.
⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory for all defect, damage, or incorrect item claims. Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained, no exceptions.
Exchange Not Available For
Exchanges are not available for customised or personalised orders under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
